As many products are custom made, final products may vary slightly from digital previews or samples.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order has been confirmed and artwork approval has been received, production may begin immediately. At this stage, orders generally cannot be cancelled or modified.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted artwork, spelling, specifications and order details are accurate before approval.
Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Full or partial payment may be required before production commences.
Production and Delivery
Production timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on order size, product type and supplier availability.
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, natural events or circumstances outside our control.
Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork or designs submitted to us.
We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringements resulting from customer-supplied materials.
All website content, including text, graphics and images, remains our property unless otherwise stated.
Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once artwork approval has been confirmed and production has commenced.

Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied.
