To ensure the best possible print quality for your custom labels and tags, please follow the artwork requirements below when submitting your files.
Accepted File Formats
We recommend submitting artwork in one of the following formats:
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- PDF (high resolution, print-ready)
- EPS
- PSD (with vector elements where possible)
If you are unable to provide print-ready files, our team can assist with basic artwork setup or adjustments.
Design Requirements
For optimal production results:
- All text should be outlined or converted to curves
- Images should be high resolution (minimum 300 DPI)
- Use CMYK colour mode (not RGB)
- Ensure all elements are properly aligned and within safe margins
- Avoid very thin lines or extremely small text, as they may not print clearly
Colours
Please note that colours may vary slightly between screen display and final printed product due to differences in materials, inks and production processes.
Pantone (PMS) colours are recommended for more accurate colour matching where required.
Fonts and Text
- All fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines
- Ensure spelling and grammar are correct before submission
- Minimum recommended text size depends on product type and material
Proofing Process
Once your artwork is received, we will provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins.
Production will only proceed after you have reviewed and confirmed the artwork. Please check all details carefully, including layout, spelling, colours and sizing.
