Shipping
It usually takes 1 to 2 business days for handling, Domestic and international shipments are made through Australia POST www.auspost.com.au
Australia Domestic shipments will use Regular Post; As a general guide, Regular Post normally takes 1-3 business days. For shopping over AU$30, we will use regular registered post ensures secure delivery.
International shipments will use Regular Air Mail, As a general guide, Regular Air Mail normally takes 3-10 business days. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, it is your responsibility to check out your country's restrictions and also import duty may occur.
Packaging We take great care in packaging your shipment, however once a shipment is in transit we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost order(s).
Returns
If the item(s) you have received is (are) not as described in your order we will be happy to exchange the items or refund your money if you agree to return the incorrect items back to us. Buyers are responsible for the inward and outward postage. A request for exchange or refund must be made within five days of receiving the product.
